Pioneer's RS3M pulls a short train up the Keller branch.

After a two year absence from this city-owned, ex-Rock Island rail line, it appears that the Pioneer Industrial Railway is headed back to the embattled Kellar Branch by STB decision.

After the Pioneer Industrial Railway was booted off the City of Peoria owned Kellar Branch, PIRY 102 was moved to Kolbe and the Peoria & Western, a sister company, both owned by Pioneer Railcorp.
